The shop
Fetchmeball sells new dog toys, chews, treats, and training equipment for personal, non-commercial use unless we agree otherwise in writing. Product photos show the item; colors can vary slightly by screen.
Orders
We may refuse or cancel an order that looks fraudulent, ships outside the US, or lists a product we cannot fulfill. If we cancel, we refund any amount charged.
Pricing
Prices are in US dollars. Shipping inside the US is free. We do not collect sales tax at checkout. Compare-at prices reflect our own recent list prices, not a third-party street price.
Product use
No chew toy is indestructible. Supervise chewing. Discard toys with missing chunks. Edible chews are treats, not a meal replacement, and are not veterinary advice. If your dog has allergies, read the product description and ask your veterinarian.
Limitation of liability
To the extent allowed by Maryland law, Fetchmeball is not liable for indirect or incidental damages. Our total liability for a product is limited to the amount you paid for that product.
Governing law
These terms are governed by the laws of the State of Maryland, without regard to conflict-of-law rules. Disputes are resolved in the state or federal courts located in Baltimore, Maryland.
