Shipping Policy

Where we ship

We ship to all 50 United States and the District of Columbia. We do not ship to PO boxes for agility pole sets (they are too long for most PO box restrictions). PO boxes are accepted for chews, balls, and tug toys under 18 inches.

We do not ship internationally, to US territories, or to freight-forwarders. Orders with non-US addresses are cancelled and refunded.

Cost and speed

Standard ground shipping is free on every order. There is no minimum. Typical transit is 3–7 business days depending on distance from Baltimore.

• Chews, balls, tugs, launchers: packed same or next business day if ordered by 2:00pm ET.
• Weave pole sets and flirt poles: 1–2 extra handling days because they ship in longer cartons.

We do not offer overnight or Saturday delivery at this time.

Heavy and oversized items

Agility weave pole sets are light (about 4 lb) but long. They ship via ground parcel, not freight. If a carrier marks a carton damaged, keep the box and photograph it before discarding — that photo is required for a replacement.

Delays

Weather, carrier backlogs, and incorrect addresses add time. If a package has not moved for 7 days after the label scan, email support@fetchmeball.com with your order number. We will open a carrier trace.

Taxes

Fetchmeball does not collect sales tax at checkout. You are responsible for any use tax your state requires.
